My passion for cooking was enhanced during my 7 years in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and 3 years in Singapore while working as a Respiratory Therapist.
I am not a chef but a Registered Respiratory therapist by profession. Both my parents influence me on different style of cooking. My father is from Vigan and my mother from Malolos, Bulacan.
From Middle Eastern to Asian dishes, I utilize all the organic herbs and veggies from my backyard and also support local farmers in our area.
I encourage everyone to try and explore different dishes around the world.
