I believe that doing creative arts is an opportunity for self expression and exploration.

When I indulge myself in painting from time to time especially when I am inspired, I feel an invigorating sense and mental wellness inside of me. It is refreshing for my “soul.”

I love landscape and abstract paintings. Landscape, because I love nature and appreciate God’s beautiful creation. Abstract, because it is an unpredictable expression of your inmost thoughts and feelings that only you can understand and interpret.

I love giving away my paintings to my relatives and friends, but sometimes I have no time to make one for each of them who request it. It also involves mood to paint and there are times that I have mental block or artist downtime. But when creativity strikes, here I am, inspired and ready to get my hands dirty again. We also paint together at home with my kids, and I think they are growing up better artists than me. When I was a small girl, I had only one tiny water colour, so with little resource, I was not able to explore that much. Now, I let my children create freely and be dirty with paints as long as they want. “Art is unquestionably one of the purest and highest elements in human happiness.
